The Angry Cider Garage is a Private Cooperative Maker Space providing access to: co-working, woodworking tools, fabrication equipment (3D printers, Laser Cutters, and CNC Machines), and car/truck repair equipment including a car lift. The Angry Cider Garage is an inclusive space where members are expected to share knowledge…i.e. If you know how to weld, then spend some time every couple months teaching others to weld.

Ability to co-work and remote work…we have fast internet, conference room, whiteboards, large TV, automatic Coffee and Espresso machine, and soundproof working pods with sit/stand desks (coming soon).

Must be on wheels and parked out of the way when not in use.
Dedicated Locker to store shop clothes, safety toe shoes, tool aprons, etc.

Empty out that storage unit you are paying $250/month for by loading everything on a pallet, shrink wrapping it, and placing it on the highest shelf to be forgotten forever.

$200/Month which includes $25/month supply fee that will be used for consumables (sandpaper, zip ties, drill bits, nuts, bolts, screws, etc)
To be paid via automatic ACH withdrawal on a monthly basis (this is a group of friends and I don’t want to be chasing people down for money.)
Amount may automatically increase a small percentage (2-3%) once a year as the commercial lease automatically adjusts every year

Teach Others - If you are good with something then share that knowledge with ‘very informal’ workshops.
This will be an inclusive space and everyone will be treated with respect.
This will strive to be a clean shop with excellent dust collection and air filtration…save time at the end of your project to clean up and put tools away.
Participate in periodic “shop-wide” projects…i.e. Cleaning sessions, show & tells, and educational workshops
Do some chores - There will be a list of recurring chores that need done and members will be expected to periodically contribute. I.e. clean the bathroom, vacuum the office floors, sweep shop floor, empty trash, restock supplies, etc.
Complete a Background Check - Members will have complete access to lots of expensive equipment and the shop will contain other Member’s equipment and personal belongings. It will be in everyone’s best interest to do our due diligence before inviting people into the shop.
